This days QR code are very famous but if you don't have a scanner or android or Blackberry phone then you can also decode this by using a extension of Google chrome.
Step 1.Download and install this chrome extension
Step 2.Now when you get a QR code on any webpage then you have to do just right click on it and select "Read QR code from image" from the context menu. If the QR contains a link then it directly open the link , if it is a text message then a pop up will show the message.
