Q.1] What does the term or concept of hacking mean to you ?

Well, for me hacking means exploring, exploring differnt aspects of computers, network and programming. Hacking is not just about defacing, its
more than that. People talk alot about hacking and hackers, whenever someone talks about hacking and hackers, the first thing that sparks into the mind of people is that they are talking about theives, criminals whoare out there to mess up with you, hack your websites, hack your Facebook Profiles and all sort of things and create havoc, thanks to media for potrayting hackers
as criminals which they are NOT. Hackers are not criminals, infact they are curious [both about hardware and software] and want to learn more about computers.
Hackers are talented people from whom you can learn alot.
Q.2] Tell me about the journey of hacking?
For me all started last year at class 10. One day I was googleing about "How to convert youtube videos". [I didn't knew much about computers that time]
So there I saw "How to Hack Gmail", Well, for me that was eyecatching, I read the whole tutorial and hacked my friend's email accounts and facebook profiles.
After that I started playing with RATs, messing up with my school's computer network and doing all sort of Lulz, slowly and slowly my knowledge increased, I moved
to website hacking then and learned programming and still learning and exploring new things everyday.
Q.3] Tell me the idea behind joining Indian Cyber Hunters?
The idea behind joining India Cyber Hunters was simple, I wanted to do somthing for my country, I joined ICH out of patriotism, I saw hackers
from different countries defacing our indian domians, I wanted to take revenge. Thats the reason I joined ICH and helped them, Now I have almost left
defaceing. I am much into restoring indian websites and patching them.
Q.4] Don't you think hacking websites may send you to jail?
Yes, It may be or may not be.
Q.5]
What is your Favorite hacking method and why ?
I don't have a particular method as my favroutie, I like to all of them.
Q.6]
I never created mirrors of the websites which I defaced, So I don't know exactly how much I defaced. I remember I defaced a number of
.gov and .edu and other domains. Now I go for specific targets.
Q.7] What you think abot hacking as a profession. It's okay?
It may be or may not be, if you are working as a white hat for a corporate, and you are well paid, then its good. If you are not getting well paid
you become grey hat at night. because most of the white hat hackers change their hat at night.
Q.8] Many well know hackers are hired by various big organizations.. Have you got such offer ever??
Yea, once I got a job offer, not from a compney like Google and Microsoft lol, I got the offer when I patched an indian server and reported the vulnerability, the admin
offered me a job as a security administrator.
Q.9] Anonymous and Lulzsec are famous all over the world, whats you idea behind them?
I support Anonymous and Lulzsec, they are doing a great job, They fight for justice, like Anonymous India. they protested against the Internet Censorship, they
protested against The Stop Online Piracy Act [SOPA] and for maney other causes.
Q.10] As you know other countries hack hack Indian Websites daily, whats your remark on it?
I agree, defacing websites is fun, its addictive and it cool. But defacing websites gives you nothing, if you think hacking is all about defacing
, then you are Wrong, Hacking is more than that. If you have you kept yourself restricted to defacing only then you will be knowing nothing. Your
knowledge about the core concepts will be 0, I am nothing against defacing, but only defacing randomly is usless.
Q.11] Is there any book which be helpful for newbies?
There are lots of books releated to hacking avaibale on google. Two books which I like the most are "Hacking Exposed" and "Hacking:The Art OF Exploition"
Q.12] What about Ankit Fadia? What you think about him? as we all know he is a the most famous hacker of India?

Q.13] What is your message about the newbies who wanna join this cyber space?
Don't just keep restricted yourself upto defacing, know how the stuff works, do reaserch and know the core concepts. Defacing is not the real hacking.
Explore more and more. Learn programming, don't just stick to windows, install Linux and learn. Hacking is an art, Keep practcing, keep learning, keep exploring.
