Google.com now gives the option to change the background of the homepage. Firstly this option was available in Bing. The Google homepage sure would be liked much more because it allows you display pictures from right from your PC. This is a good step from Google and would let people enjoy the web experience. Below you can see the screen shots of how to change the background image.
Firstly goto Google.com and click the link provided below to change the background image. You need to be logged in to do that.
After you have logged in, the above window would pop inside the Google.com page. From here you can choose the desired image from the PC, Picassa Web Albums, Public Photo Gallery or from the Editors Pick Album.
After you have chosen the pic, the new homepage would look like this.
The background image can be removed by simply clicking on the link provided below on the Google homepage.
